The roof isn’t normally the first thing people think to check when it comes to safety features. However, it is an important and integral structural feature on any horsebox as it holds all vertical panels together. Working alongside the Humberside Fire and Rescue Team we identified the huge importance and with that in mind used 3D drawing and printing to create an industry-first composite roof. We have in-house developed our own custom-made roof using the latest infusion technology to create a one piece insulated roof made from modern composite materials. 

 

We are so proud of the strength in our roof which not only helps regulate temperature throughout the winter and summer months, but it also acts as sound insulation on motorway travels and most importantly it provides extra protection in the event of an accident. 

 

We believe in our roof so much we have had 10 Firemen stood on it and our own Sales Team will happily demonstrate it to customers!
