If a used horsebox is sold with the 3 months stated warranty this is in line with the fair wear and tear terms and conditions, including a mileage cap. This is not limited to a number of occasions and is set to a time limit of 90 days warranty from the handover date, mechanical exclusions will apply and all warranty claims have to be submitted to ALX direct, once authorised the horsebox will have to be returned to ALX Horseboxes or an authorised repairer for any inspection , works or repairs to be carried out.  

 

Whilst ALX are pleased to advise of the number of stalls available in each vehicle, it is essential that the Gross Vehicle Weight is not exceeded when fully laden. The legal operation of the vehicle remains the responsibility of the user/purchaser; therefore ALX Horseboxes respectfully suggest that intending purchasers establish the un-laden weight of the vehicle of their choice and also of their intended load.​

Whilst all care and attention has been taken in writing the specifications of used horseboxes, discrepancies may still occur or modifications may have been made by a previous owner that ALX are unaware of. ALX hold no responsibility of variances in the speciation of the described vehicle and advise all potential customers to notify a member of staff upon your enquiry of anything you particularly require.
